Smith is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to perform residential installations with precision and follow company standards. You will lead and mentor installation helpers, ensuring high quality and efficiency while communicating clearly with homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus).
• Must pass a background check and random drug tests.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and access crawlspaces, attics, and roofs.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
