Job summary

USA Hometown Experts in Arlington, TN is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our residential installation team. You will install HVAC systems with precision, mentor helpers, and ensure customer satisfaction on every project.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, holds EPA certification (NATE a plus), and can lift 50–75 lbs. A valid driver’s license and clean background are required; strong communication is essential.

• EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus.
• Must pass background check and random drug tests.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs.
