Job summary

Michael & Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and deliver a high-quality customer experience on every service call.

With year-round work and uncapped earning potential, technicians can earn up to $175,000+ annually. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified Journeyman or Master technicians, plus a company truck, gas card, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment (air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces).
• Provide exceptional customer service on every service call.
• Present homeowners with repair and replacement options.
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
