Job summary

Michael & Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians in Fredericksburg, VA to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call and present homeowners with honest repair options.

Earn up to $175,000+ annually with uncapped earning potential, plus up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Journeyman or Master license holders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service.
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.
