Job summary

Michael and Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heat pumps. You will maintain equipment and deliver excellent customer service on every service call, presenting honest repair options.

This role offers up to $175,000+ with uncapped earning potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified Journeyman or Master technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities
