Job summary

Michael and Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians in Waldorf, MD to diagnose, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems and to provide exceptional customer service on every call.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians, uncapped earning potential up to $175,000+ annually, a take-home company truck and gas card, dispatch from home, year-round work, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, Life

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet
