Job summary

Michael and Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to diagnose, repair, and service existing systems, while delivering top-notch customer experiences on every call.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped earning potential up to $175,000+, a company truck with gas card, dispatch from home, and year-round work, plus benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment including AC, heat pumps, furnaces.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every service call.
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet
