Job summary

Michael and Son Services is hiring experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems, and to deliver professional service on every call.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped earning potential up to $175,000+, a take-home truck and gas card, dispatch from home, year-round work, and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and EPA 608 certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service.
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.
