Job summary

Michael & Son Services Inc. is hiring experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians in Sterling, VA, offering year-round work and a generous sign-on bonus. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems on service calls, often dispatching from home.

Our technicians deliver courteous, solution-focused service, present homeowners with repair vs. replacement options, and complete paperless work orders on a company tablet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license a plus.
• EPA 608 certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We're Looking For
