Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems; service heating and cooling equipment; deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call; present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license preferred
• EPA 608 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with insurable record
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
