Job summary

New York Life Insurance Co is seeking an Experienced Hire Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role in New York City. You will cover multiple areas within Foundational Business, partnering with HR and hiring leaders to attract top talent and guide candidates through a high-quality, consultative hiring process.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, manage end-to-end recruiting, and leverage data to optimize outcomes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles.
• Ability to source, assess, engage, and close candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a portfolio of experienced-hire positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategies.
• Build diverse pipelines through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Provide a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
• Maintain data in ATS, monitor pipelines, and report on recruiting metrics.
