Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and interest in AI recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and individual contributor roles, including kickoff meetings, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offer development, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and external channels while promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Execute recruiting processes with accuracy, consistency, and compliance by maintaining recruiting systems, monitoring metrics, and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Leverage recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and improve candidate engagement and decision-making.
