• A minimum of 2 years of Escrow experience, front-end and backend, required.
• Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required.
• Great written and verbal communication skills required.
• Able to work proficiently with technology in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
• Handling A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
• Having comfortable knowledge in reviewing contracts and commitments.
• Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.
