Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 5+ years of employment-law litigation experience preferred.
• Active Ohio bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Strong written and oral communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and agency charges.
• Represent employers in court, at mediations, and in arbitration on employment matters.
• Provide strategic advice to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations.
