Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. in Cleveland seeks an experienced employment and labor litigation attorney to join our team. You will defend and litigate a broad range of claims and provide guidance to employers on labor and employment laws.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, has 5+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred), active Ohio bar admission, and excels in written and oral communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non‑compete cases. Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

For Cleveland, the expected salary range for this position is between $180,00 and $217,500. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
