The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, has 5+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred), active Ohio bar admission, and excels in written and oral communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, employment law background preferred.
• Active Ohio bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
