Job summary

Crestview Collection, a Memphis-based wholesale home décor company, seeks a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer claims and inquiries, ensuring a seamless support experience. You will own issues from submission to resolution, handling difficult conversations with professionalism and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities include RMAs, credits, freight claims, and coordinating with Sales, Shipping, and Warehouse to meet service expectations.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in customer service, claims processing, account management, or a experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Manage and process a high volume of customer claims accurately and efficiently.
Review, investigate, and resolve customer claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Process RMAs, replacement orders, credit memos, and parts requests.
Coordinate and submit freight damage claims and assist with related follow-up and documentation.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and Independent Sales Representatives.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely resolution of customer issues.
Prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
