Job summary

Pico Propane and Fuels is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Roswell, NM location. You will support customers and operations by handling inquiries, coordinating service needs, and maintaining records.

You will also provide propane dispensing support at the bottle dock while upholding safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with high-volume calls.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and product/service information; serve as liaison between customers and company.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Field customer questions and complaints and escalate as needed.
