Tricon Wear Solutions LLC is hiring a Credit & Collections Specialist to collect our accounts receivable and make the credit decisions behind it. Most of the week is direct customer contact — phone, email, and customer AP portals — getting past-due invoices paid without damaging relationships we have built over decades.

This experienced individual contributor role handles defined AR portfolios, negotiates payment plans, and supports month-end close while upholding strong relationships with

Competenze

• 3+ years B2B credit and collections experience.
• Able to call and email customers for payment.
• Proven ability to resolve deductions and billing disputes.

Mansioni

• Work a defined AR portfolio daily and reduce DSO.
• Contact customers about past-due invoices via phone and email.
• Document customer interactions and payment promises in ERP.
• Negotiate payment plans within authority; escalate when needed.
• Process credit applications: pull credit reports, references, limits and terms.
• Manage credit holds and order releases with sales and customer service.
• Investigate short-pays, chargebacks, unapplied credits, and source documents.
• Recommend write-offs and maintain bad debt reserve support.
• Maintain customer master records with inside sales; include sales tax exemptions.
• Apply customer payments daily and resolve remittance-matching issues.
• Back up AR invoicing and AP processing during month-end close.
• Contribute collections to weekly and monthly cash forecasts.
