Job summary

Dexs Loggers Landing is seeking an experienced kitchen professional for a busy restaurant environment in Michigan. The role focuses on assembling pizzas, calzones, subs, and operating deep fryers and grill tops to support breakfast service on weekends.

Applicants should have proven knowledge of all kitchen stations and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting, using TurboChef and conveyor oven equipment when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in all aspects of a commercial kitchen and ability to prepare pizzas, calzones and subs.
• Familiarity with deep fryers, grills and conveyor ovens required.
• Wamiliarity with turbo ovens and rapid kitchen equipment is a plus.

Looking for an ambitious Team Player for a Busy kitchen.

Details:

• Must have previous knowledge of all aspects of commercial kitchens and duties, from building Pizzas, Calzones, and subs to running deep fryers and grill tops.
• We are currently open on weekends for breakfast.
• Our Pizza oven is Conveyor also has a conveyor Char broiler for burgers, etc. Also, have TurboChef ovens to assist in your duties.
