• Assure that all food preparation and handling procedures are followed
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Work efficiently alongside others

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience preferred
• Abilty to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Night and weekend avialability
• Schedule flexibility
• Standing on feet for extended periods of time
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Must have a Food Handlers Certificate or obtain within 30 days of hire. Foodservice Manager Certification Preferred
