• Ability to manage financial and operational performance.
• Professional, dependable, and confident when working with residents, team members, and ownership.
• Familiarity with multifamily property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Lead, motivate, and manage on-site leasing, office, and maintenance teams.
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, renewals, and resident retention.
• Manage property financial performance, budgets, expenses, and collections.
• Review reports and monitor community performance and operational goals.
• Maintain strong resident relations and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure the community maintains excellent curb appeal and property standards.
• Partner with maintenance leadership to address property and resident needs.
