Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a Panama City Beach property. You will lead a team, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure outstanding resident service with strong operations oversight.

The role requires financial acumen, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and experience with tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance. A collaborative culture and leadership development are highlighted in this opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in business, property management, or hospitality.
• At least 2 years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen and experience budgeting and reporting for properties.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property including leasing, maintenance, resident relations and team supervision.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budgeting and reporting with precision.
• Monitor market trends and devise strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Foster resident satisfaction and retention through proactive service.
