Benchmark Senior Living at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our night shift team from 11 PM to 7 AM. You will provide attentive care in a warm, home-like environment, assisting with daily living activities and comfort for our residents.

Requirements include a valid PCA/HHA/LNA license. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required. Benchmark offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Previous experience with dementia is desired.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for compassionate LNAs to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
