Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Bedford, NH is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants to deliver quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. The role emphasizes assisting with daily living activities, documentation, and engaging residents in meaningful activities.

Applicants should hold a valid PCA/HHA/LNA license, with preferred experience in skilled nursing or assisted living and dementia care.

Qualifications

• Valid PCA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for compassionate LNAs to join our team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

LNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
