Job summary

Benchmark at Bedford Falls seeks a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant/Experienced Caregiver to join our memory care and assisted living team in Bedford, NH. You will deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment, supporting daily activities and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while maintaining exceptional service. Prior dementia experience is valued and PCA certification is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid LNA license required.
• PCA certification (provided).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.

Benchmark at Bedford Falls are looking for a compassionate LNA/Experienced Cargivers to join our memory care and assisted living team! As a Licensed Nursing Assistant/Experienced Caregiver, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
