Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and deliver in-home care to diverse clients. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help families maintain independence in the comfort of their homes.

As a caregiver, you will build trusting relationships with clients and families, arrive on time, and consistently cover scheduled shifts, while enjoying paid training and supportive benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.

Education

CNA certification preferred

First Aid certification

CPR certification

TB test

Valid driver’s license

Reliable vehicle

Willingness to travel >10 miles

Availability at least 4 days per week
