Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders to clients in their homes, building trusting relationships and delivering reliable, on-time care.

We offer competitive pay at $20-$27 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
