Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in California is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our independently owned and operated agency. You will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping, meal planning, and medication reminders, helping clients stay comfortable at home.

We offer competitive pay of $20-$27 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, and benefits such as healthcare, AAA Advantage membership, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal planning, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
