Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare invites caring individuals to join our team of in-home caregivers serving clients in the Los Angeles area. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and ensure safety and comfort in clients' homes.

We offer paid orientation and ongoing training, direct deposit, overtime pay, and employee recognition programs, plus healthcare benefits and retirement plan options. CNA preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle is needed.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles
• Availability at least 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
