Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our local agency in helping clients receive care in the comfort of their own homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and build trusting relationships with clients and families.

We offer competitive pay, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, and time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, along with employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
