Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in Los Angeles seeks Male Caregivers and CNAs who are dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others. They may provide companionship, personal care, mobility support, and encouragement while helping clients maintain independence and dignity.

As a Caregiver, you will deliver companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional relationships with clients and families.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
