Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide care at clients' homes across the community. You will offer companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and remind clients about medications.

We value reliability and strong relationships with clients and families. Competitive pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, with paid orientation and ongoing training, and opportunities for overtime pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts.
