Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our locally owned and operated agency in Hawthorne, CA. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and build trusting relationships with clients and families in their homes.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Current TB test must be up to date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles.
• Availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Build professional relationships with clients, family and coworkers.
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and covering scheduled shifts.
