Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living’s Arbors at Shelburne in Shelburne, VT is seeking part-time LNA/Experienced Caregivers for the evening shift (2pm-10pm) to support residents with daily living and companionship.

Applicants should have VT LNA license (preferred) or previous experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community; dementia care experience is welcomed. We offer holidays, meal program, training, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• LNA license in Vermont is preferred but not required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care and reporting health or behavioral changes.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Other duties as needed.

The Arbors at Shelburne is currently looking for part time LNA/Experienced Caregivers for our evening shift (2p-10p).

Up to $24/HR

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid VT LNA license desired but not required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
