The ideal candidate has 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all financial details.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks and standard accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date financial records and record daily transactions.
• Enter, review, and maintain accounting information in QuickBooks.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete monthly credit card reconciliations and correct discrepancies.
• Post financial transactions accurately into accounting systems.
• Assist with accounts payable and routine bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain organized supporting documentation and transaction details.
• Provide information for internal reviews and month-end activities.
• Protect confidentiality of financial information.
