Omega-Contractin is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Maryland. You will work closely with the CFO to maintain accurate financial records, verify transactions, and bring books to trial balance while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient with spreadsheets, Excel, and QuickBooks Online to manage accounts payable/receivable and tax forms efficiently.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Previous experience as a bookkeeper or accountant.
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Enter financial data and transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of transactions.
• Prepare trial balances.
• Analyze budgets and financial information.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete required tax forms.
