Job summary

Germain of Beavercreek seeks an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers needing service and repairs. You will guide customers through the service process, from initial consultation to final vehicle delivery, while maintaining high satisfaction and efficiency.

In this role, you will greet customers, provide estimates, schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and upsell appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assess service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates using OEM guidelines.
• Schedule service appointments and manage department workflow.
• Communicate with technicians and customers on vehicle issues and status.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain records of interactions, services, and parts used.
