Germain of Beavercreek is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers needing service and repairs. You will guide customers from initial consultation to final vehicle delivery, communicating clearly with technicians and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications a plus.
• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role with customer focus.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with service software and scheduling systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
