Germain of Beavercreek is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers needing service and repairs. You will guide customers from initial consultation to final vehicle delivery, ensuring an exceptional service experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing OEM-based estimates, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, upselling services, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and scheduling systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, assessing their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs using OEM guidelines.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments and manage workflow in the service department.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
• Promote and upsell additional services that meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and safety regulations.
