Job summary

Nielsen Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and communicate repair options clearly.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with dealership management systems. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work.
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and estimated completion times.
• Upsell maintenance services and additional repairs where appropriate.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements:
