Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Chantilly, Virginia is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to assist customers with vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of vehicle systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
