Job summary

OPEN ROAD AUTO GROUP is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and the service department. You will welcome clients, assess their vehicle needs, and ensure accurate service orders and estimates, helping drive a high-performing dealership experience.

In this role you will coordinate with technicians, communicate repair recommendations, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service advisor, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
