Job summary

Principle Volkswagen of Grapevine is seeking an experienced automotive sales professional with a proven record of performance and exceptional customer service. In addition to earnings under our standard commission plan, qualified new hires may be eligible for bonuses up to $18,750 in the first year.

Advantages include a production-based sign-on bonus up to $12,500 and an additional performance qualification bonus up to $6,250.

Qualifications

• At least three years of automotive retail sales experience.
• Proven average of 12 delivered units per month over last 12 months.
• CRM follow-up, appointment-setting, and customer relationship-management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Qualified candidates must have:

• A verified average of at least 12 delivered units per month during the most recent 12 months
• Demonstrated CRM follow-up, appointment-setting, and customer relationship-management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Satisfactory references
• The ability to complete all standard pre-employment requirements successfully
