Job summary

Principle BMW of San Antonio is seeking a motivated Sales Porter to maintain our vehicle inventory and support an exceptional guest experience.

You will organize the lot, deliver vehicles, and assist the sales team while upholding BMW standards. A valid license and willingness to pass screenings are required, with weekend availability and occasional long drives welcomed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to pass drug screening, background check, and MVR check.
• Manual transmission driving preferred.
• Able to drive long distances when needed.
• Available to work Saturdays and some holidays (five holidays paid).

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Deliver vehicles to and from the dealership and to customers.
• Catalog and store keys, owner’s manuals, and documents.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and showroom-ready.
• Assist the sales department with additional tasks.

Who You Are

BMW of San Antonio is seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Porter to join our team. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of presenting each vehicle with the care and excellence that represents the BMW brand. You’re a self-starter who values responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining our vehicle inventory and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities include:

Organize and maintain the dealership’s vehicle inventory on the lot.

Deliver vehicles to and from the dealership, as well as to customers when needed.

Catalog and store keys, owner’s manuals, and related documents.

Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and any visible damage.

Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and showroom-ready.

Assist the sales department with additional tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record check.

Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred.

Comfortable driving long distances as needed.

Availability to work some Saturdays and holidays (5 major holidays are paid time off).
