G & C Auto Body in San Rafael, CA is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our Marin County team. You will estimate repairs, prepare estimates, and work with DRP programs to ensure efficient turnaround for customers.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of auto body estimating, experience with CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR, and strong customer service and sales skills. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
• We pay our commissions weekly!

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 years estimating in an auto body shop required
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• Working with direct repair programs, DRP is required
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
