Job summary

G & C Auto Body in Chico, CA is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. This is not an entry-level position and requires at least 1 year estimating in an auto body shop.

You will use CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs and work with DRP as needed. We offer strong commission potential, weekly payouts, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and PTO, life/AD&D insurance, and commuter benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year estimating in an auto body shop.
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs.
• DRP experience preferred.

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).

Qualified Auto Body Estimators Will Possess The Following

• A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
• Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
