Job summary

G & C Auto Body in Marysville, CA is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Estimator to join our growing team. This role offers strong earning potential with competitive compensation and weekly commissions, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm.

You will estimate auto body repairs, work with DRP programs, and support customers through the estimating process. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of auto body estimating experience and proficiency with CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs, plus

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:

• A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
