G & C Auto Body in San Rafael, CA is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our Marin County team. You will estimate repairs, prepare estimates, and work with DRP programs to ensure efficient turnaround for customers.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of auto body estimating, experience with CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR, and strong customer service and sales skills. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years estimating in an auto body shop.
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs.
• Working with direct repair programs (DRP) required.
• Excellent customer service/sales background.
• Ability to multitask and manage several jobs at once.
