G & C Auto Body in Oakland, CA is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The role focuses on accurate vehicle assessments, estimating repairs, and coordinating with DRP programs.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in auto body estimation, proficiency with CCC One, Mitchell, and I-CAR tools, plus strong customer service and sales skills. We offer a stable, growth-focused environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
• We pay our commissions weekly!

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 years estimating in an auto body shop required
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• Working with direct repair programs, DRP is required
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
